I’m sure the hotel would give us a single star if they rated us as guests. Both my husband and I ended up spilling milkshakes all over the corridor and while we apologised and help clear up, the staff were absolutely amazing. They made us feel like nothing was an issue. The room was lovely and the shower was AMAZING! Couldn’t find anything to complain about.

The hotel is basic but it is everything you expect. Its clean the staff are friendly it is a short walk to services. Very easy access to the NEC

The staff were very friendly from start to Finnish our room was super clean and it always smelt nice in the hotel the cleaning staff were brilliant and if we had any issues the staff didn’t hesitate to help straight away all round 10/10
