When I first checked in the room, they gave me had absolutely no bedding on it, and the door wasn’t even fully closed. And it was dirty then when I went to the front desk and told them they gave me another room that was supposedly their updated one. It was in very poor condition and apart from that I also always inspect mattresses at the hotels I stay in and there was proof that there had been or it was bedbugs. I immediately went back to the front desk and told him I did not want to stay there, and I had to book another hotel last minute Through hotwire this is not what I was expecting after a 7 Hour Drive they also did not want to refund me my money even though I did not end up staying horrribl horrible horrible stay away!

All the staff here were incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. I also really enjoyed how accessible everything was without a car. There was a great food lab type area in the windmill with a great variety of many cultures. If you wanted to do any shopping there was a great outdoor outlet just across the street. The venue and dinning hall itself was great as well. Great place to stay even if you aren't attending a specific even there.
