The property was well located to visit the town and see the resort. The room had a kitchenette which allowed us to relax and not feel pressure to eat out. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall we had a great stay at the hotel.

It was a good stay except for the lack of flexibility of the check out at 10 AM. The staff argue that room and parking are booked but checking is a 5 pm. Not long ago check outs were at 12 PM and check out at 1 PM. The tight check-in and check-out schedules are inconvenient because travel plans often have uncertainties like flight delays or traffic. A rigid time frame makes it difficult to adjust. Also, checking out early in the morning mean can’t enjoy amenities like swim in the pool and strict schedule add stress to what should be a relaxing experience. I will looking for better checking in and out schedules when booking hotels in the futuro.
