We were excited about having a balcony and more kitchen space but the lack of updates and cleanliness was disappointing. The place could use a deep clean and some fresh paint definitely. Loved the view but wouldn’t stay again for the price.

Can't wait to stay again
I got in late Sunday and was concerned if the code wouldn't work. Honestly, was so simple and great. There was someone at the desk that told me about the key fab which was helpful otherwise I don't know if I would've known. The building was super clean and the room was perfect. Definitely going to keep staying here on my business trips as it feels more personal than a cramped hotel room.

Excellent property, set out tastefully and with all essentials provided. Any queries were answered promptly by friendly and efficient staff. Check-in and check-out processes were simple and easy, especially as I arrived late in the evening. I would definitely choose to stay here again if coming back to Chicago in the future.
