This was my first time returning to Chico in decades, I wasn't sure what to expect and this Hampton Inn was a very pleasant surprise. The hotel appears to be very new, everything is beautifully clean and maintained, staff is professional and helpful, and the room was very quiet and comfortable -- and the free breakfast is a very nice touch.

we went here for chistmas eve and it was great we had a relaxing dinner and went to our hotel and rested and just hung out had a great breakfast and relaxed till time to leave

Good Place and Good People
Clean, comfortable, and very spacious room. Staff was very friendly. One guy even walked right up to our Down Syndrome son and asked how he was, then gave him a free bag of cheetohs. We really appreciated that because he is often ignored out in public.

This is our 5th time staying at this particular Hampton Inn in Chico. Our daughter attends Chico state University, so when we drive up there this is the ONLY place we stay. The staff is always so warm, professional and helpful. The hotel itself is immaculate. We have never had a negative experience and will continue to make this our one-and-inly choice to stay when in Chico or on our way up north.
