Its an old florida type of motel which i love. Met some really nice people.. The room was clean. Staff was awesome. Walkable to everything. Just some cosmetic updates

Do not stay if you are expecting high in accommodations at their price point. Definitely not going to get it. With that being said. We loved our stay. Great location. Everything was walking distance. The room Is clean and outdated, but comfortable. We felt safe and had no issues there. Quick check in and check out. No deposit required at check in. Would stay there again.

Mostly terrible.
The Good and the Ugly. Location great. Bed good. Thats all the Good. Now the Ugly. Shower is Scalding or ice cold. Advise no shower during stay, or 3AM. Second day came back from breakfast and found used prophylactic middle of floor. Never in my life of travels has that happened and stayed in a few questionable plaves. Asked manager who had access and nobody else but her. Go figure. Absent that crazy issue, still only 2 star. Caters to all groups, including non stop smokers next door, OK as long as windows closed. Never again.
