Front desk person was super friendly. Room was very nice - clean, comfortable, & quiet. Was not able to get the thermostat to work so that the fan would stay on and the desk attendant didn’t know how to operate it either, which was the only downside.

Not bad, could have been better.
Before we arrived asked if we would switch from a double queen to a king with a roll away bed. They offered a discount. I decided ok. We arrive, roll away there but no bedding (pillows, blankets). Front desk guy takes us to laundry & gets stuff. Get in room and TV won't work. Back to front desk. Guy comes up, messes with TV & can't get it to work. Says he will put an order in for next day to get fixed. He apologized & said he'd make an adjustment to the bill-never happened. The room was comfortable & front desk guy tried to be helpful, but was not a smooth stay. I doubt we will stay here again if we can help it.
