Overall was ideal hotel to stay night before our early flight from Gatwick.

Stay 22-25th
Upon arrival, staff were not very welcoming and lacked personality. Although they kindly did let us check in 40 mins early. The room was very standard and common, the temperature controls and A/C was broke and we could not heat the room which means we had a very cold and unpleasant stay. The location of the hotel is ok. There was loud noises during the night and early in the morning from neighbouring rooms. Overall I would rate this stay a 3/10

We’d definitely stay again - convenient to Gatwick airport, very quiet property, comfortable & clean room with a lovely king size bed, iron & ironing board, tea/coffee, fluffy towels. Would have been nice for parking to be included for the price we paid & to have had some conditioner - only hand/body wash supplied. Staff were helpful & check in/checkout a breeze. Thanks for a nice stay.
