Awful bed - Great location
The hotel itself is great as were the staff on check in and facilities. However, the single bed is the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. There was also no extra bedding or pillows to pad out the terrible mattress. I stay in hotels a few nights a week with work and this was the worst by a mile. I think I got about 2 hours of sleep. I was also in a disabled room which I did not book and was poor due to the low height of everything.. I'm 6"3. I explained this on checkout but they were not interested. This would put me off staying again or booking Radisson through work.
