The person checking me in must have been having a bad day as she took like 20 seconds to acknowledge me standing at the desk when I first walked in and just had no pep in her step if you know what I mean. The outside area had cigarettes just falling out of the ashtray with noone coming out there to clean it up.

This is second time in 3 weeks we stayed at this property.the hot water was not hot. We stayed on second floor and all we smelled was Marijuana. Water pressure was not good. The breakfast was greak Saturday..Sunday was not no coffee at first because she said they had no cups. She was more worried about being on her phone than making sure the food was out . We brought another couple with us as well. It was not worth the price we had to pay for the stay. We will not stay at this property again.the front desk and cleaning people were very friendly but they we wont go back here

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast… kept the buffet stocked. Our big problem was the third floor did not have hot water. Then find out that most of hotel was affected and they’ve had this problem the previous week. Personnel was very apologetic but could not do anything. Seems like if it was a problem the week before the boiler should’ve been addressed professionally so that this didn’t happen on a weekend to one of the largest group of travelers.

Stay was quite and comfortable, im still waiting after almost 2 weeks for my 50$ deposit. Hotels.com has been great trying to find out the issue. But i expected to already receive my deposit. I don't understand why it taking so long
