Very unfriendly guy who checked me in. Probably stood there for four or five minutes while he was on his phone until someone else who worked there. I told him that he had a customer waiting. Room is also dirty, stuff on the walls, toilet paper, stuffed in the peoples and wrapped around the fire detectors, felt like a crack hotel, and unsafe. would definitely rather spend extra extra money and stay someplace else.

The on-line booking advertised Queen beds but we were told they only had double beds. The only room with Queen beds was for handicapped people. The night desk was either un-informed or very understaffed or very short on supplies. There was no hand soap in the room and after several requests we were offered shampoo, not enough towels, incorrect knowledge of restaurants in the area, many people checking in and seemingly disorganized. It seemed the room was clean only because it had recently been re-decorated. Not a good experience and didn't feel safe there.

Dirty hallways - gave us wrong room first time - trash all over that room, a German Shepard and squatter in room. Keys didn't work first time for two rooms in our party. No kleenix or extra toilet paper in room. Not worth $200 a night. We will never stay there again - had four rooms and 8 people.
