Deferred maintenance...
Seemed clean but the facilities are literally falling apart. Refrigerator door covered in rust and handle broken off, closet door wouldn't open, several electrical outlets did not work and/or we're so worn out that plugs just fell out, toilet rocked badly on the floor (loose), and much more. Plus side is that the bedding was clean and comfortable. Just TONS of deferred maintenance...

Room was outdated. The refrigerator had brown stains on the outside. The bedding was washed in a horrible smelling detergent. Wouldn't stay there again.
