Comfortable, clean and cosy stay, very central with loads of bars, restaurants and shops around. Quite noisy as the room faced the main street/pubs but ear plugs were provided.

This property was cozy, and perfect for convenience surrounded by stores and restaurants. The staff were very kind and helpful. They gave us good advice on activities and places to dine. The property was very clean and surprisingly very spacious for a smaller hotel. We had a great experience here and would definitely return someday!

Definitely lives up to its name- snug! The room was pretty tiny but perfect for a solo traveler. Big bed and a lovely skylight. Just a 10 minutes walk from the train and in a perfect spot for bars and restaurants. Would certainly recommend but bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper

Location is great. The area in front of the hotel is a walking pedestrian area, no vehicles, Galway is a great town, music in many of the pubs, with one across the street. The rooms are snug, no sitting area in the hotel. The staff was very helpful. gave us several recommends for music and dining

Location, location, location... Right in the prime area on Quay St. Staff was super friendly and gave us good recommendations of pubs, walks, and sight seeing. Quick 2 day stay but we really enjoyed ourselves. Small rooms but they are updated and comfortable and our room was quiet for being in the busy night life area. So Great.. I would recommend..
