The concierge did a poor job with a simple request for a taxi.Thank goodness a manager stepped in to assist. I needed to exchange dollars for rupees but was told not all of the $ bills I had could be exchanged.They were only able to exchange some of them. I believe it had to due with the date of the bills. Also, the ATM machine did not work. I was travelling with a friend. The staff could not understand that we wanted to have the bar bill split as we each wanted to pay for our drinks. It took 20 minutes to accomplish this simple request. They were quite annoyed and made us feel that we were out of line to even ask.

It was a wonderful experience and Ms Yashodhara at the reception was extremely helpful and cooperative in assigning us rooms and ensuring our needs were well taken care of.
