First time at a Days Inn, pleasantly surprised everything was clean and bright, a slight eau de cabbage in the corridors but that's ok the rooms were great. Some better pillows would be good but would def return.

Reception staff, rude especially over the phone, paid almost £100 for our stay. We checked in, unpacked and went back out, when we returned we discovered that we had dirty towels, one of the pillows had blood on it which the hotel are trying to blame us for, even tho on the pictures you can clearly see it's under the pillow case so definitely not our blood, the cot we were provided with for our son was also broken, my son could have trapped his fingers in it. Staff are not interested in the issues and refuse a refund. Also had guests outside smoking weed and the corridor down to our room stunk of it.
