Upon arrival we walked in and there was no one at the front desk. Rang the bell and waited. We could see the front desk was connected to the laundry room and that there was a lady walking back and forth in front of the open door. Rang the bell again. Nothing. She passed again. Rang the bell again. Still nothing. I was walking around to the entrance to the laundry room when she finally came up to the desk. Not impressed with the service we received.
Was amazed that you could not change the input on the TV for Roku or iPad. Front desk said that was not available due to the remotes that they use.
Also, the channel listings were very incomplete. When we asked the front desk she pulled out a guide and handed it to us. When asked if that was in the room and we just missed it she said no. That’s weird.
The room was very nice. Huge really and in nice condition. The initial impression was damped by the guest agent and the lack of being able to use our Roku or iPad.
