きれいですが、予約したホテルと名前が変わっており新しいオーナーになっていたようです。スタッフもまだ新人さんという感じでサービスというより何とかこなしているようで見ていてこちらが不安なくらい。部屋はきれいで広いので良かったですが、ロビーも部屋もとても寒く、へやのエアコンは見に来てもらい少しは良くなりましたが、お客がいないためかロビーはエアコンを入れていないそうでスタッフはダウンコートを来て仕事していました。ホテルの周りは立派なホテルが立ち並んでいますが、客はあまりいないのかレストランなどは閉店しているか開店休業状態。寂しい街でリゾートという感じは全くなかったのが残念です。季節が冬だったからかもしれませんがデッドタウンのようでした。

Ein sehr schönes 5 Sterne Hotel (Ausstattung und Service) welches leider am falschen Ort liegt. In der Umgebung findet man keinerlei Restaurants um ein Lunch oder Dinner zu sich zu nehmen. Man ist gewissermaßen auf den „In-Room-Dining Service“ angewiesen. …wir bestellten also zweimal Gerichte und wurden enttäuscht. Es war jeweils kalt und nicht ansprechend. Sowas kann sich ein 5- Sterne Hotel leider nicht erlauben. Wir haben dies bei unserer Abreise angesprochen und hoffen nun für weitere Gäste vorgesorgt zu haben.

Comme vous devez bien vous en douter ce qui était magnifique c’était bien évidemment La Baie D’halong. La ville grosse déception restaurant pas terrible attrape-nigaud pour les touristes j’ai mieux mangé à l’hôtel chose que je fais rarement je préfère traîner
