Area is NOT in the Old Quarters despite the description, pin drop, and amenities all saying it is. Hotel staff even added me on WhatsApp before my stay to specifically tell me that it’s not in the Old Quarters and started to get very rude when I confronted them about the scam. Do not book and waste your time here; this place is at least a 20 mins drive from the Old Quarters.

Suite a un problème d'emplacement sur la carte d'hôtel.com, le logement n'était pas du tout à l'emplacement que nous souhaitions. Cependant , je remercie la personne en charge de l'hébergement qui nous a trouvé une location plus près de là où nous souhaitions avec les équipements similaires. Je ne peux donc pas recommander l'établissement n'y étant pas été mais seulement le propriétaire!

Peaceful but not boring, that's what I think about this place because everything seems to be perfect. You will almost find everything you need to experience however it does not have an elevator

It is located in a modern residential area and is fully equipped for my needs. There are many great restaurants, cafes, and shopping centers nearby. I found that the only problem was that the mattress was a bit hard, but in return, the building has a rooftop area for relaxing which is wonderful.

This place was very cutely designed. The bed and pillows were clean and plush. They had all the needed utensils and plates. Son was so helpful at check in and was so kind and helpful when we needed to send a package out. The only thing we noticed were just a few holes in the walls that could be replaced and patched up. And the hand soap was a bit watered down. Other than that, it’s one of the hidden gems of apartment in Hanoi.
