Horrible breakfast
Lobby humble, not very clean, breakfast really horrible, no coffee, only tea is available, no butter, only jam and cheese. Staff not friendly. You should book there unless you really have too.

It was a nice hotel with fantastic staff. The staffs were very friendly and helpful in everything. It was a wonderful experience and I will love to be there again whenever I go to Istanbul. The entire hotel staff were very friendly and nice. They were always ready to help in giving directions, assistant in every location you interested in visiting during my staying.

Staff is completely untrained they have no Idea how to run a hotel. On fd receptionist gave me 6 rooms keys and told me find the best room for you. I was dead tired so i said i cant do this just gv me 1 key. Room i got habe no shower pipe in bathroom. Phone is not working inhv to go downstairs to tell them, no warter i ask for warter they told me you hv to come downstairs to get water, washroom sink and bath cabin is so tiny if you waist over 40 this hotel washroom not for you.
