Hot tub not hot and it was dirty. Staff wasnt knowledgeable of the area and directions. Workers were in pajamas during shift.

The room size was impressive and we were very happy with the room. The front desk staff seemed annoyed when we checked in and didn’t tell us where the pool was, what time breakfast was or anything. When we asked for more poo towels to be stocked the front desk staff rolled his eyes. The day of our check out the eggs for breakfast were ICE cold. The facilities were clean and we would consider returning mainly due to location to ski hills, price point and room size.
