Areived at 3 pm and was told my room wasn't ready and to come back at 4. I came back at 4 and was told 20 more minutes. Came bavk at 430 was told 5. Came bavk at 5 was told 530 and at 530 I told them I'm not leaving until i get my key. Apparently my room wasn't ready. I begged them to call the cleaning crew to find out how long it would take and supposedly they werent able to do that. They did comp my parking but for a hotel to make guests wait past 4 pm to check in is unacceptable. If you're not cleaning the rooms in time then I guess you need to hire more cleaning people.

The Hotel Lobby was good, The rooms are too small and very old. No complementary coffee machine or coffee in the rooms like most of the other hotels. Too long waits for elevators at busy hours. No food service to the rooms.
