We came in at about 1:55 pm and asked to check in after driving from Michigan. The woman at the desk just said it was too early and the rooms were not ready without even asking my name. She said we were welcome to hang out but had to wait to 3. We just hung out by our car and came back at 2:50 and asked a woman if i still had to wait. She took my name and checked and found a room. i was just surprised the first lady brushed us off. Maybe extra disappointed after being in the car so long.

The service desk has wonderful staff that was very personable. I come to this location due to the convenience, variety of dining around and most of all the service. Great customer service is hard to come by these days. Juju at the front desk made the visit worth it.
