When I booked this trip I requested adjoining or close rooms. I got neither. I had also requested an additional bed for one room. I was told I booked the wrong tower. I did not request a specific tower. When I questioned the accommodations I was told I booked through a third party. I asked if I had booked directly through the hotel would I have gotten what I requested, I was told no, rooms are booked first come first serve. I was traveling with two teenagers. Luckily there was another adult who stayed with them. I paid for parking through the hotel. The key card never worked. I was told it was a problem even for employees that I should just press the call button and someone would raise the gate. There were times I waited 10 minutes to get out of the garage. Evidently there is only one operator on duty. Not everyone got the memo because there were times the lines were 5 cars deep.

Paris itself is a great hotel. Their location in the middle of the strip gives you the opportunity to get around very easily. The hotel is beautiful. However the Versaills tower in horseshoe is a scam. We had to walk 10 minutes to get to the room in another hotel with no refrigerator! The room was clean and new however it isn't part of Paris yet.

The only issue I had was when I tried to charge things to my room , example drinks from the pool, I was told it was declined :( , when I checked out I was told that “ sorry there must of been something wrong with computer when I checked in “ and that the resort fee increased within a couple of weeks and I was not informed of that at check in either

The room is a little worn but clean and comfortable . No extras in the room. Not even a welcome water. But the view of the strip was spectacular and the location is right in the middle of everything. We walked to very nice restaurants and our show. Because of that, I would stay again.

Check in took forever. If you take a rideshare they don’t drop you off in front of the hotel anymore but you get used to it fairly quick. The place was very clean and the room was perfect.
