I have been staying at Tropicana for many years, 30 . The last few times I have stayed it is very noticeable, the deterioration and dated rooms. Rooms are not clean and the linens appear dirty, grey….. This is very disappointing since I always loved staying at The Tropicsna and felt safe and comfortable.

Worst place I’ve ever attempted to stay at! First of all, I can’t even begin to tell you how gross the room was! I have to skip all the dirty details because it would take up too much space! Second and most important, THE PLUMBING WASN'T WORKING! Being the nice person I am, I called the front desk to give them the chance to move us to clean and working room - the girl at the front desk said they would send an ENGINEER up! Needless to say … we left! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

Not Going to Return
We won't be staying here again. Not a lot of good things to say, but a few bad things. The place wasn't dirty so that's a positive, the condition of the room was lacking for sure. The room telephone was not working, the phone jack was completely out of the wall behind the nightstand so I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk(finding that number was not straightforward at all) and get put through to housekeeping to request an extra blanket which they did bring up, it took about 30 minutes which is okay. The next night we requested some towels directly at the front desk due to the telephone issue, they never showed up. I could not connect to WiFi in the room at all (not sure why) so had to use a hot spot to connect my laptop, again not a huge problem but still an inconvenience. Also I found the bed to be uncomfortable, my wife did not. I think next time we stay in Laughlin I won't choose based on price, because it was cheap, which is a positive. I guess you get what you pay for!
