Charming chalet, spacious for 10 people, built in 2007 in the residential area of Saint Martin de Belleville, quiet with exceptional views of the village and the surrounding mountains, near the village center, and close to the ski lifts giving access at the fabulous 3 valleys or pedestrian and mountain bike trails, all the conditions are there for an excellent winter and summer stay.
Ranked '5 Bouquetins Charmes' in the station label classification, in this very well equipped and arranged chalet, you will quickly feel at home with family or friends.
120m2 will be at your disposal with on the garden level a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with sauna, a large living room with kitchen, a living room with fireplace (wood provided), all overlooking a large terrace facing south with a remarkable point of view.
Upstairs 4 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 3 with shower room and balcony.
Included in the price 2 covered parking spaces with direct access to the chalet as well as local storage (ski bike etc.) will make your stay easier.

Wonderful!
Excellent location, close to ski lifts, ski rentals, grocery shop and bunch of great restaurants. The host is wonderful and helpful. One thing I wish was better is the wifi connection - it was always dropping and very slow - ended up using our regular cell service.

Excellent location in special Alpine village
We couldn’t have expected a better location; wonderful views and the starting point for many walks into the hills, down along the river or into the bustling village. Claude and Martine were friendly and helpful and their garden in the summer is very pretty. Excellent terrace for meals outside and a bonus for our dog who languished in the sun.

Charming and welcoming
The Chalet has everything that you need for a weeks holiday in the charming village of St Martin. Very clean with great views, plenty of parking and a well equiped kitchen and spacious for 10 people. Short walk to the lifts makes this an idilic holiday. Highly reccomended and look out for the welcomming fruit tart from Claude.

Great Chalet
We had a wonderful time staying at Claude's chalet. It was large enough to accommodate all our family (7 adults & 3 grandchildren). The chalet was well stock with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It had easy access to the St Martins gondola. Claude and his wife were very helpful. This chalet is highly recommended.

AMAZING
What a beautiful Chalet that we discovered by chance. We wanted a big place to accommodate the family (6 adults and 4 children) for the 2019 Tour de France. The Chalet is in a wonderful location with stunning views yet only 5 minutes walk from the centre of the village. Claude and Martine are wonderful hosts and the Chalet is equipped with everything you need to have a great time. We all loved being there and there is so much for all ages to enjoy apart from the cycling in the area!

A very good house for skiing families, it really is close to the nursery piste and very close to the village shops. Everything works well in this house, the sauna is speedy to warm up, the kitchen works very well and the sun soaked terrace has wonderful views over this very special village. Particularly loved the village of St Martin because it combines old world charm and tradition with the slick operation of the 3 valleys ski area. The shops in the village are superb with excellent cheese shop, bread shop & mini market with very good fresh produce. The host Claude is wonderful, patiently helping us with requests right up to the arrival and leaving us a speciality tart from the local bakery. This is a superb base for skiing and relaxing in the best village in the 3 valleys!! Merci beaucoup Claude!!!

The chalet was clean, well maintained, comfortable and practical( near to the village & close to the ski lift.) The owner is very helpful yet respectful of your privacy! It was a perfect get away for 5 buddies to enjoy and take advantage of their yearly ski vacation together without stepping over each other. We had a blast!

Schönes Haus in guter Lage
Das Haus ist in einer schönen Gegend gelegen, ungefähr fünf bis zehn Minuten von der Gondel entfernt. Skiverleih, Bäcker, und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Der Vermieter wohnt in einem anderen Teil des Hauses, welches an den Teil in dem man als Besucher wohnt angrenzt, allerdings hatten wir keine Probleme wegen der Lautstärke, obwohl wir eine Gruppe von zehn Leuten Anfang 20 und wahrscheinlich nicht immer sehr leise sind. Der Vermieter war ausgesprochen freundlich und mit ein paar Brocken Französisch unsereseits und noch weniger Englisch seinerseits konnten wir ausreichend miteinander kommunizieren. Das Haus ist innen mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und mit dem Kamin im Mittelpunkt sehr gemütlich. Die Schlafzimmer haben eine gute Größe und bis auf eins auch ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und Waschbecken. Zwei Schlafzimmer haben sogar einen eigenen kleinen Balkon mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick. Die Betten sind bequem, allerdings hat das Doppelbett eine große Decke für beide Personen, deswegen unbedingt einen großen Bettbezug mitnehmen!! Die Sauna ist zwar klein (es passen nicht mehr als 2-3 Personen rein), aber trotzdem sehr entspannend nach einem anstrengenden Skitag. Die Terasse haben wir, da es Winter war, nicht viel genutzt, der Garten bietet allerdings viel Platz zum Spielen im Schnee und es ist sogar ein großer Tisch vorhanden. Unsere beiden Autos haben sogar mit Dachbox in den Unterstellplatz gepasst (direkt unterm Haus). Es war allerdings sehr knapp, also wenn man einen Jeep fährt wäre das eher problematisch. Der Skikeller bietet genug Platz für die Skisachen von zehn Leuten und dann ist auch immer noch Platz da, falls jemand zwei Paar Skier mitbringt. Im Skikeller gibt es auch beheizte Halterungen auf denen man seine Skischuhe aufhängt. Insgesamt muss man wirklich sagen, dass das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut ist. Das Haus bietet viel Platz für zehn Leute und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. An der Lage und dem Vermieter kann man absolut gar nichts aussetzten. Wir haben uns das Haus direkt fürs nächste Jahr reserviert weil wir rundum zufrieden waren
