Bedbugs - Beware!
Beside a reception that badly mishandled my reservation, I was shocked to find myself with bad bedbug bites a few days after leaving the hotel. I am being VERY careful to make this statement, but I arrived to and from the hotel from my home (end-November) and so there is not other possible source. Of course, bedbugs can be eliminated though it would be good for the hotel to confirm that the issue has been fixed.

I just needed a cheapish room for the night and this was just perfect for that. Check in was good and helpful, room was big and clean and tidy. Shower rail could do with a bit of tlc but otherwise all good.

Garden View Hotel
Hotel in great location ,convenient for Earls Court tube station and local shops and restaurants.Staff are very friendly and helpful..we were able to leave suitcases there when we checked out which was great because our train wasnt due until 4pm.Would definately stay here again based on location and price..offers good value for money.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Attended to issues we raised promptly and Effectively. Clean room and bathroom. Close to plenty of restaurants and shops and Earl’s Court tube short walk away.

Overall quite a good stay, though the bathroom was cramped and a couple small bits of damage to walls that could be fixed with a hammer and nails. Bed was very comfortable and hotel in great location. Would probably stay there agsin

Love the Garden View Hotel and it's staff,a truly amazing place to stay. The staff are so friendly and professional. The hotel is clean,warm.the surrounding area is so peaceful and beautiful especially when watching the surrounding Wildlife wander. A First class hotel and no complaints jx

Good location, warm room and warm shower BUT mattress too soft and knackered, TV did`nt work and shower curtain stuck to your back where it was so small. Really could do with an upgrade
