Very friendly staff, very nice hotel, very good price however….. Fire alarm from some drunken idiot meant outside from11:15 to 11:45. Water for shower tepid at best Meant to include a free bottle of wine, never materialised Great potential but not a great stay

Wonderful hotel in a great location
Such a wonderful hotel in the perfect location. Easy to get to lots of places in London. Staff really friendly and able to check in early as our room was ready. Room was very comfortable with everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!
