I did not like that they waited until the last minute to let you know how to get into the property. I don't give personal information away via text. A conversation with an actual person would have been nice. Telling you that they will text you and that information is needed.

location was good, self checkin was good once you go through it one time. Original pics showed rooftop patio with pool so disappointing to find that wasn't the case with this property and felt like a bait and switch
