Perfection!
My stay at Casa Herrmann suites was perfect. It was in a great location near Zócalo, the suite was extremely clean, and the staff were wonderfully helpful. Mauricio and Brian worked the front entrance and were always ready to provide help. Carmen knew every detail about the rooms and made sure my stay was very comfortable. I can’t say enough about how helpful Alejandra was with orienting me to the area, providing suggestions for restaurants and answering questions about Mexico City. Each of them made my stay so comfortable and inviting that I will absolutely stay there again when I’m in Mexico City. I highly recommend Casa Herrmann Suites and the wonderful staff who made my week stay so comfortable and perfect.

This is a very new property with work still in progress including the main staircase. The old, restored elevator works and is a unique experience. The door locks are strictly per an app, which staff will help set up. This worked fine but I personally didn’t like it. Someone is at the desk 24 hours. Eduardo was particularly helpful. I imagine there are a few things that still need to be worked out as they are open longer. All in all we enjoyed being there. The location near the Zocalo could not be better.
