This is a beautiful hotel. Breakfast is delicious, cafe is an option I have never seen in any other hotel that included different cafes, healthy drinks, sandwiches, soups, soft drinks, alcohol drinks, etc. The hotel is located right in the center of downtown, but it is so quiet you wouldn't never know. ALL staff are exceptional.

Opening my booking in Expedia shows the correct address, but clicking on the directions takes you to a location several blocks away. If you don’t have a booking, Expedia directs to the correct location. Otherwise the hotel is top rate.

A spectacular space but the service personnel is beyond wonderful. They are there and helpful, but make you feel very at home. When I come back to Mexico, I will only stay here. Great value, great amenities, right in the heart of the historic district. BRAVO.

Great stay
Great location in the historic district, close to many tourist locations. Easy to get an Uber to other locations. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Yummy breakfast is provided daily and they have a snack bar that’s included for guest. They can arrange airport transportation for a fee just contact hotel directly. I would definitely stay again.
