Check in was a breeze. Jonah checked us in and he answered all of my questions. He was very friendly all through our stay. The hotel is conveniently located by the Mall of America. Our room was clean and comfortable. I definitely will be staying at TownPlace Suites again!

We loved our stay at this hotel. Although there were a couple issues we had with our room we enjoyed our entire stay. The staff were extremely friendly and the hotel was well kept. I didn’t report a couple issues to the staff but the issue I did was addressed right away. I would recommend 10/10.
