Beds are so uncomfortable. Access door slams shut and you can feel the bed shake. Also had room with sofa bed. No sheets or blankets on sofa bed. Was told come to front desk. Only way to front desk was walk outside. It was raining. Got flat sheet and blanket. Walked back in rain to room. Would not stay again.

Would have liked better housekeeping but unfortunately the snow storm hinder that but you will have that overall nice quiet place to lay your head

The exterior door to get into hallway to stairs did not secure properly. Was supposed to lock so you could use key to get into building it did not! The property had been plowed but was not properly treated for snow/ice conditions! Room was extremely cold when we arrived. Room had stains on carpet.
