Waited two hours for room to be available after check in time. Not enough staff working to help the huge line of people. Many other guests having issues with check in. No directions to where room was. Door hits refrigerator in room when opened.

Compass Cove has gone down hill, but still good!
Compass Cove is good overall. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Be warned that they push time-shares when you check in. The laundry situation is horrendous. You'll have to go to a third party laundromat to get anything done. The machines take quarters (or an app), yet they have no quarter machines nor does anyone in the entire complex have quarters. The worst part is that the machines are hungry for quarters and will steal them and you won't be compensated for it.
