Great boutique hotel, perfect location
Second time staying here and will be back! The staff are friendly and accommodating. Love the courtyard for cocktails and the added bonus of a fantastic restaurant, Sister Ship, on property.

The rooms were not completely clean when we arriived. There was black soot on top of the duvet cover of the bed, dirty latex gloves in the bathroom. There was no water and there were no glasses for drinking. I texted them (according to the best way to get them to respond) to bring them up glasses and they never responded. The room was very warm and never cooled down even when we opened the windows. The window sills were filthy. I realize the hotel was overwhelemed with guests for stroll but they did not seem prepared.
