virtual checkin/ checkout was terrible. no pool towels, pool ice cold. 24 hour staff is not true. room phone said under maintenance… use your cellphone!We sre wydham members and staff on checkin said that I have to contact wyndham to document our stay. They are wyndham property do shouldn’t need to do this.

Everything looked clean and new. I was hoping they offer towels for the pool/ beach but couldn't find any. I also didn't see plain drinking water in the lobby even though they offer other complimentary beverages.

Dirty! Bugs in Bed!
BEWARE!!! I booked a room with 2 beds for my employees to stay and when they arrived in room they refused. They called me immediately and sent me pictures of bed bugs and smeared bug droppings in the sheets. I immediately booked them another room at a nearby hotel, then contacted the hotel management. In addition to acting like they didn't speak very good english, they said they have a "No Refund Policy." I totally understand the policy for cancellations, but legitimate exceptions must be made. Another room at a dirty hotel isn't acceptable. I'm sure they hotel will argue that this is all false, but I've attached pics so anyone looking to stay here can decide for themselves.

Property was exceptionally clean and fragrance free. Rooms are spacious and well designed with an extra sink amd counter. We did not like thw checkin procwdure however as there was not anyone at the front deak. You had to stanl im front of a screen.
