The property is beautiful, loved it. But I didn’t like our room , no view and it faced a alley , garbage dumpster and rats were running around the dumpster, we requested to move to another room and they never got back to us .

Historic hotel centrally located downtown close to the cruise ship terminal. Nice private beach and pool area. Included breakfast buffet offered good selection of items including made-to-order omelettes. The menu offerings in the tavern restaurant were quite good and reasonably priced considering how expensive restaurants in the Bahamas are generally.

Second time I stayed at this location in one month staff are very friendly and are available for any requests. From Fay and Anwar at the door, the ladies at front desk are always smiling and David and his crew in the restaurant. Omar and Raymond at the bar in the evening serving up some delicious drinks even though I only drink campari and orange juice. Thanks guys for another amazing weekend

The staff were helpful and efficient. The lobby and grounds were beautiful. The beach and pool area are wonderful. The room had an off odor—a little fishy or chemically. We spent most of our time away from the room, so it wasn’t hugely impactful, but could be for other guests. The room was very nice other than that.
