The property was under renovation so the limited room availability was understandable. But we were assigned a room where one of the workers had checked into. We just used our key and there he was shirtless at the dining table. Of course mistakes happen so we had to check into another suite. This hotel is still pretty nice but we rather stay where there is no construction/renovations. We didn’t know until they sent us notice after the cancellation date passed lol. The room was clean and the staff was nice so we enjoyed our stay for Mardi Gras. There was limited parking due to the construction so that was a bit annoying. But overall it was in good shape and we would stay again.

For the price, I expected a really nice room. We get in late and there is a noise in the bathroom that kept popping all night. The refrigerators motor was so loud at random times it woke us all up. I walked into the bathroom and was turning on the shower and hair was on the glass door.

After waiting an hour and a 1/2 to check in and while Expedia. Was trying to get us checked in the lady was rather rude. She was saying that the whole terrible experience was expedias fault and expedia had not paid them. In the middle of the night the fire alarm kept beeping. Maintenance had to come and fix it around midnight. Not a great experience.

The property itself is great. The night we stayed there were guests who allowed their children to run the halls until 2 am. Also, the thermostat would no reconcile so we had to shut the A/C unit off because it was so cold in our room. Breakfast was wonderful.
