I was welcomed for my first Mardi Gras by Cleveland, "Mr. Cleveland ", Mr Hospitality..he knew all the Best places..along with Jessica and Mark the Best Bellman. Rooms Cleaned. Fres. I didn’t receive the exact room that I booked that was advertised, and for the amount of money I paid it was somewhat disappointing. The staff had horrible customer service skills and didn’t give me a receipt when I paid the deposit with cash and had a hassle about it apon checking out. Will I rebook again “No”

I enjoyed my stay at the W. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The room was great and I loved having a private balcony. The service was impeccable, prompt and courteous .

The W is in the heart of the French quarters, and we were there for essence fest and after a certain time they block the major streets off so it's almost impossible to get door to door service. You always have to get out and walk a few blocks and that's not bad but after a night out of drinking and wearing heels and the heat it's a bit much.
