My room didn’t have any body wash in the Shower - it’s the kind that they refill every so often so if it’s empty it means the housekeeping hadn’t checked in weeks. I asked the front desk for a refill twice and a bar of soap in the meantime and they never sent me any soap. I got a text asking how my check in went and for comments and I told them about it and I was still ignored again. Really poor management and front desk. The room is clean-ish and decent size for NY. Location is great but I would way rather stay elsewhere nearby for this price. Not coming back.

Friendly front desk, very clean room in good condition, quiet and well located to get to everything. I recommend and will go back. Windows need a cleaning, other than that, I was perfect happy

We were told that no early check-in when we got to the hotel. Fine. But why was our room not ready even about 30 mins past check-in time? We had waited for one hour in the lobby.
