A great central stay to explore New York. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. They provided towels, shampoo, soap and hair dryer. It also had a microwave, safe and tea & coffee making facilities. The only negative, the room we stayed in did not have double glazing so at night you could hear a lot of noise outside.

This trip was my first time visiting NYC and this hotel exceeded my expectations. It was located in the middle of all the business and restaurants and very convenient. It was super clean and the hotel staff were beyond friendly. The room was very updated and had great amenities and clean.

Excellent service from Derrick at Front desk who checked us in efficiently and helped arrange car service for VERY early morning departure. He was friendly, welcoming and professional in every respect. ONLY property drawback was distance from subway access.

Don’t expect 5* luxury at 3* prices. Great little hotel. Really centrally located for Times Square/all touristy bits. Comfy beds, clean bathrooms, modern decor. Couldn’t have asked for more.
