Decent hotel in a central location close to restaurants, Broadway shows, Central Park, museyms, etc. Staff is nice, rooms are of a good size. The not so nice: walls are paper thin, you'll hear your neighbors on Valentine's day, 8th avenue noise may disturb light sleepers for even numbered rooms. Also lacking: a restaurant for breakfast so you could be seated and served without going outside. There is a counter with overpriced pastries with poor service, not the type of breakfast option I look for in a hotel, however for the price I paid I will not hold it against the hotel. A restaurant is supposed to open in summer 2024, hopefully that will improve the experience. Finally, room did not have a proper desk despite room size, opting for a couch and tiny table that can barely fit a laptop, so not ideal for business travelers on that front.
