Very noisy location and dated hotel.
I booked a king size bed in a premium room. I got to the hotel to find two double beds pushed together, so a massive gap in the middle of the mattresses. Apparently the “corporate” owners have made a decision that this is a good idea for them…obviously not for the guests. The service was 5 star though, the staff made every effort to help and moved me to one of the few rooms that still had an actual king size mattress. The next room however had excrement still in the toilet, smelt of strong fish and all you could hear all night was the air-conditioning units outside…a really loud and constant rumble. The following day I was moved to another room, this was fine, but smaller to what I had paid. Unfortunately there’s a Rock Venue directly opposite, so all night, until about 2am you hear thumping base and drunk folk, this room was the other side of the hotel. The hotel staff were great, but the hotel is in a desperate need of double glazing, actual showers in bathrooms, actual heating (remove the cheap space heaters) and bring back actual king size mattresses/beds. However the bar/dining areas are 5 star, the actual suites; very dated and whatever side you stay, you will here noise, from mid level to very noisy drum/base. Thanks to the staff/manager.

Great stay
Great to get an early check in 12.30 as we were meeting my son in Nots for the day. Hotel was lovely.loved the decor and open spaces. Room great. Used the gym and spa facilities the following morning before breakfast. That was great. Breakfast was lovely too. Would definitely return. Thank you

Big shout out to Maria on the front desk! Her colleagues were also equally friendly and helpful. Kids loved the pool. Jacuzzi was super hot so I wasnt able to manage long in it unfortunately. Lovely stay thank you!
