Arrived at 8pm and was barely spoken to, only the minimum to find my reservation and provide room keys. I was put inthe very first room on the first floor. It is a handicapped accessible room that I did not request. Roll-in shower (no tub) so water everywhere. Very loud with hallway/lobby noise until about 2am. No hair dryer in room so had to go out at 5:30am to request one. Had an early departure so no breakfast. Seeing the area I now know there are better and closer options for an airport stay.

The building walls are paper thin. Baby crying all night next to me. Asked to be put in a quiet area. The housekeeping crew banging around in the morning. No courtesy to guests. Will not suggest to others to stay there.
