It was Ok, if you like to sleep with bugs.
Water pressure was awesome but there was carpenter ants and some other bug. Both nights the bugs crawled on us while we slept. We woke up several times to flick off the bugs. No pleasant. The bedroom that has a door is very warm. They do provide you with a box fan. You can open the window but it is so loud outside and the train is literally next to the room. So each time the train goes by, it is loud and shakes the room and beds. So can't open the window due to noise. There is an AC is the room next, so we used the fan in between the rooms to help us but still hot. It was only 60* out. Can't imagine how hot it would be this summer. House has bugs and cob webs in multiple spots. WiFi was great. Location would be good IF you want to be in the middle of the party area. Floor was grimmy. Our feet were so dirty. It was an Ok location but wouldn't stay again.
