Too many things to list from ac not working to no hot water in sink it didn’t even turn on, freezer froze and sheet in fridge to catch water, floor was wet, curtain rod out of wall, several rooms on the floor had their windows open and cigarette smoke in the air in hallway

The ac didn’t work was loud and room was very warm especially with heat and humidity outside, curtain rod was hanging off wall, fridge didn’t work, freezer was frozen with a sheet in fridge to catch defrost and floor was wet around it, hot water wasn’t running in sink;it wasn’t even on-maintenance had to be called, the gentleman at front desk didn’t understand, people had numerous windows open-front desk didn’t understand, smelled of cigarette smoke but was non-smoking.

They asked for $50 cash to cover any incidentals. Luckily we had cash and there was a pencil sign-in and sign-out to get cash back. An eraser alone would have negated our payment.

The property was not very clean. Seemed ean down for the ratings it has. But was disappointed that when discovered there was NO breakfast at all even though site and signage stated there was. They did have COLD coffee available wow just wish site had been honest so could gave planned accordingly.

Very very disappointed they have removed laundry facilities for guests. Had been non functioning for months, but then they just removed washer and dryer and locked the door, stating they are not going to repair, just discontinue the service.

This will be my last time staying here. Coffee is a hit and miss in the morning. If its there its been there all night. Snow removal doesn't happen.So much snow and ice build up on the hallway exit door, it didn't close completely, causing cold air to come into my room under the door, I used towels to block the cold air flow. Lighting is poor in room, lamps and plug ins are non-working. I had 1 plug in that worked. I told the front desk but nothing changed during the 4 nights i stayed. No TV or internet, had to use my phone's hotspot to complete my online required work. Sad thing is still got charged full price.
