The property was located in a convenient and safe location that is in walking distance to the metro, restaurants, etc. The room was clean and had abundant space. The toilet was in a room separate from the shower, which makes it convenient for a family since 2 people can use it at the same time. There was always staff at the reception desk. There were renovations being done when we stayed in December 2023. Check in is pretty late at 3pm, but they will keep your luggage until then.

The hotel was in a great location, very close to public transportation (Bus and metro), and the staff was very friendly and spoke excellent English. Even though the hotel is dated I would still give them 5 stars. We had a great time in Paris and the hotel's location made it easy to plan our days...great restaurants withing walking distance!

Excellent location, close to metro station and train station, close to very good restaurants in Montparnasse. However, the property could use maintenance and upgrade. The carpet has stains, the walls need to be painted, you don’t have a shower head, it is a hose with weak water pressure. The staff is excellent!

Good news first, Front desk staff, Mouma and Hani, were excellent, very helpful and friendly. The other members of the desk staff were uninvolved at best. Hotel is being renovated. We requested top floor, when we arrived, I was told I was on the 4th floor ,now the top floor, since floors 5 and 6 were closed for renonvation.Bar was closed for rebuild. Construction noise was disturbing especially in the mornings. Elevators were not working on and off. Breakfast would run out of various items and not be replenished. Housekeeping was great, call in with request, reply in minutes.
