It was amazing. Staff was fantastic. Only two complaints. Wish there was a coffee bar. I like to have endless coffee. Next time I'll pack my Keurig. The other complaint isn't the hotels fault. Would be nice to have adult hours for pool and hot tub. This obe family and their unruly kids monopolized it the whole stay. Kids were cannon balling into the hot tub. We never got to enjoy it. They even ate in the pool area. They never left until pool closed and we're up bright and early using it. The hotel was so clean. Night time at the bar had live music. House keeping amazing. Front desk amazing. Live plants. Wonderful. Will stay again. W my coffee pot

Beautiful property right on the lakefront. Our room had a commanding view of Keuka Lake. The hotel is up-to-date, and well-kept. Our room was comfortable, clean, and a cut above an ordinary motel. The Hot breakfast was excellent. They did not skimp. (scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, fresh waffles, good coffee, and more.). The staff were helpful and the price was right. Definitely would recommend.

Highly recommend
We had a great time during our weekend here! We were given a lake view room, the room was clean and up to date. Staff was always present and ready to assist with whatever. And not once did I have to interrupt a staff member from their cell phone conversation or social media browsing... because they weren't constantly on their phones. And not once did I have to ask a staff member to repeat what they said because I couldn't understand them the first time. Breakfast was ok, standard continental fare, but the two mornings we were there, the hot food served was different each day, not the same as the day before. This was our 2nd stay here, and will definitely be at the top of our list for future visits to the finger lakes region.
