The accommodation was fine, clean an comfortable. The hotel is old style and it shows, but if this doesnt bother you then it is a fine stay, but probably a bit overpriced for what they are offering.

Enjoyable and relaxing 5 days in Mandurah
The hotel is ideally situated 5 minutes walk from the town centre - restaurants, cafes, shops etc. Also only 5 minutes walk from the town beach which was very nice. The hotel doesn’t provide breakfast during the week but there are plenty of options downtown. The indoor pool is very nice and refreshing after a few hours in the sunshine. The room allocated (226) was spacious, clean and comfortable. I did however have 2 issues. The first was the WiFi connection which was poor. I had to go down to reception in order to sign in and log on to my IPhone and MacBook. The Second issue was the room was directly above what appeared to be the delivery point for the hotel and early in the day could be quite noisy. I found all the staff to be very helpful and friendly. I had one evening meal in the hotel and it was good and reasonably priced.

Unfortunately I think the only thing this hotel has going for it, is the location. The property is in need of repair. Tiles chipped, laminate peeling in bathroom, room was for 5 people only 2 bowls etc, etc. Pool is hot warm. Spa timer was not working so 1st day no bubbles. Moved a couple of times before we got our room. Hotel looks great with all its plants etc in centre but needs love. Staff very helpful.

Was ignored by the reception staff at check-in while they carried on doing other work. Not even a ''Hi - we'll be right with you", just completely ignored. Felt invisible to them. So rude.
