Clean but outdated with homeless nearby
Very outdated but our room was very clean. Lots of noise at night from outside. Many homeless living on that very block so not safe at all to walk around.

The property was in a nice location with the highway right by. Staff were nice when checking in. The only thing was some of the lights didn't turn on and some things could use repair. But overall was a nice stay.

Definitely not what we expected. Not the nicest part of town. Lots of meth/drug addicts/ homeless around the property and while we didn't feel unsafe per se, no way would we have walked across the street to McDonald's. Not knowing the area we choose this location because of price and convenience to the highway. It's closer to a motel than hotel. Our room didnt have A/C and the door lock was broken. We were able to be moved to a sufficient room but the pillows were deflated sacks of nothingness, the complimentary breakfast was 2/10 for quality and options. The jacuzzi was broken and the restaurant on the property is only open weekends. The staff was all very nice but this is more a 'driving through and need a place to sleep' kind of establishment than a 'family vacation stay a week' sorta place. West Phoenix is not the place for scenic views or quick hikes. Industrial type of neighborhood and again lots of unsavory, dirty drug users scattered about outside.
