Pleasant Stay
Hotel room as expected and the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was very good. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Only minus point was the hairdryer was faulty and had a sticker on cable advised it was not safe. However it was still in place and we put it on before noticing label. It got very hot and then overheated within 3 second's. This should have been removed from room.

I booked a room with a view of the water and got a room over the road. At night there was a lady crazed on drugs screaming ross the rd so that kept everyone up that night, that was not the hotels fault but if I was in the correct room I wouldnt have heard that. All photos show rooms with views.. This is not the case.

Welcoming staff. Nicely renovated room. Unfortunately one of the clean towels in the bathroom had a blood stain on it and there was a large cockroach in the bathroom that came out at night. I can forgive the cockroach but the stain in the towel was a little hard to get past.

Needs improvement
I have stayed in a few comfort inns before and this was by far the worst. No notice of accessibility on the website, didn’t know there were only stairs to access the second floor where our room was. The toilet didn’t flush properly and we got a view of the receptions roof (one of two rooms that had that view). I would have paid more for another view but there were none available. Also, the back sliding door only had the chain to lock it because the other lock was broken, and felt unsafe. The addition of a cockroach waking me up after crawling on my face just topped the experience.
